I stayed there. Overall the Clinic was ok. The doctors are ok but obviously very busy and I felt like they didn't take the time to really help just give tablets. The station was nice but it can get very boring. The food at the cafeteria was high standard.

Ich hatte heute mein erstes Gespräch in der Ambulanz. Trotz einiger schlechter Bewertungen habe ich mich entschieden es zu versuchen und es hat sich wirklich gelohnt. Habe es schon oft erlebt das man quasi in 2 Minuten abgefertigt oder direkt abgewiesen wird, noch nicht mal die Chance auf einen Platz auf der Warteliste bekommt, egal wie schlecht es einem geht. Hier hatte ich zum ersten Mal nach Jahren wieder das Gefühl ernstgenommen zu werden, das sich jemand für mich interessiert. Bin sehr erleichtert und fühle mich dort gut aufgehoben. Der Arzt hatte eine freundliche, beruhigende Art, hat sich Zeit genommen . Habe direkt den nächsten Termin bekommen und bin dankbar für die Hilfe.

The day was full. The ward has nothing to do with my clinical picture, but for the first time it actually did something for me. I was taken seriously. Unfortunately, I had to be released early due to a positive PCR test. 1.5 weeks have brought me a lot, which was also (or mainly?!) due to the fellow patients. The food in the restaurant is great and you get full. The choice is great. Up to the current stay, I didn't have a good picture of the clinic, this has now changed!

Mein 6. Aufenthalt notfallmäßig in der LWL Klinik Dortmund und ich bin positiv überrascht. Ich war auf der H2. Das Plegepersonal so wie die Ärzte/Psychologin waren zugänglich, offen und bereit einem wirklich zu helfen, vorausgesetzt man macht den ersten Schritt.Es wurden Therapien angeboten und es kam kaum Langeweile auf. Der Tag war voll. Die Station hat zwar nichts mit meinem Krankheitsbild zu tun, dennoch hat es mir zum ersten Mal tatsächlich was gebracht. Ich wurde ernst genommen. Leider musste ich vorzeitig entlassen werden, auf Grund eines positiven PCR Tests. 1,5 Wochen haben mir schon eine Menge gebracht, was auch(oder hauptsächlich?!)an den mitpatienten lag .Das Essen in dem Restaurant ist spitze und man Wird satt. Die Auswahl ist groß. Bis zu dem aktuellem Aufenthalt hatte ich kein gutes Bild von der Klinik, dies hat sich nun geändert !

Am Liebsten würde ich -5 Sterne geben. Das Personal ist sehr unfreundlich und sind nicht zur Arbeit motiviert. Das Gelände ist sehr groß und man kann sich schlecht ru Recht finden. Ich hatte ein Termin und die Mitarbeiterin ist einfach nicht gekommen. Außerdem muss man echt lange warten, falls die Mitarbeiter:innen zu den Termin kommen. Ich empfehle diesen Klink niemanden, gehen Sie lieber zu ihr Arzt und lassen Sich für andere Klinken beraten. Die Mitarbeiter:innen sollten vielleicht Mal besser bezahlt werden, vielleicht Beschwert sich dann weniger Menschen, über diese Klink.

When I described this to Ms. Heinemann Bond, she probably took it personally and refused any further treatment in an inappropriate tone and in an unobjective manner.
Apart from that, this anxiety clinic turned out not to be recommendable, to put it that way.
Furthermore, the staff in the LWL clinic is a 0 volt catastrophe.

All this is an absolute no-go.
And last but not least, I contacted the quality management of the clinic and they said someone would get back to me.

Um den Sachverhalt hier zu erläutern, ich befand mich seit Jahren in Behandlung bei Frau Heinemann Bond. Es ging um eine Angststörung. Das einzige was Sie mir empfhohlen hatte war das Medikament Tavor, obwohl ich ihr geschieldert habe, dass eine kontraproduktive Nebenwirkung auftrat nach einmaliger Einnahme.
Ich habe dann durch Zufall auf der Webseite der LWL Klinik eine gesonderte Angstambulanz entdeckt und diese auch kontaktiert. Ich bekam dort einen Termin.
Als ich Frau Heinemann Bond dieses schielderte, nahm sie das wohl persönlich und verweigerte jegliche Weiterbehandlung in einem unangemessenen Ton und in einer unsachlichen Weise.
Abgesehen davon erwies sich diese Angstambulanz nicht als empfehlenswert, um es mal so auszudrücken.
Des weiteren ist das Personal in der LWL Klinik eine 0 Volt Katastrophe.
Angefangen von den Damen in der Zentrale, die einfach auflegen, wenn man dort anruft.
Bis hin zu den Helferinnen in der Abteilung bei Frau Heinemann Bond, die auch einfach auflegen.
Dies alles ist ein absolutes no-go.
Und zu guter letzt habe ich noch das Qualitätsmanagement der Klinik kontaktiert und man sagte mir, es würde sich jemand zurück melden.
Auf den Anruf warte ich heute noch.
Mein Fazit: für Patienten besser eine andere Klinik aufsuchen, ich bezweifel das hier alles so seine Richtigkeit hat.
