We was travelling across Germany and my partner fell on a step. We was taken here by ambulance and they diagnosed her with an ankle "sprain"

We flew home back to the UK to find that she actually broken 4 different bones in her foot and should have never ever flown!!! Shocking misdiagnosis. I would give this place 0 stars if I could.

We was given no painkillers, no crutches and just left to leave the hospital. I ended up having to carry my partner to the taxi rank in my arms as they took her wheelchair off her.

We were English with limited German, not sure if this shocking treatment was down to racism or just pure incompetence.

Musste zwar eine Weile warten, aber das Personal war mehr als freundlich und lustig drauf, auch wenn es schon gegen spät am Abend war. Der Humor des Personals hat meine Schmerzen gelindert, obwohl die Säcke mir nicht mal ein kleines Schmerzmittelchen geben wollten.

Ich will mich garnicht beschweren das es lange gedauert hat, es ist nun mal ein Krankenhaus und viele andere haben aus guten Gründen auch Vorrang, aber die Damen an der Notaufnahme sind so beschäftigt.. das man sie manchmal erinnern muss was sie zu tun haben.
Ob es mit Absicht war kann ich nicht sagen, aber die Abläufe kennen sie ganz bestimmt, aber leider die einzige Unfallklinik in Dortmund.

Ich war wegen einer ambulanten Athroskopie dort, schon bei der Aufnahme gefiel mir die Atmosphäre. Sehr sehr netter Arzt + nette Arzthelferin. Gespräch mit der Anästhesistin war super super freundlich und empathisch. Und selbst nach der OP schauten die Schwestern auf der Station oft ins Zimmer rein, waren sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Selbst vor der OP waren die Pfleger und Ärzte super gut drauf und haben mir schon viel angst genommen und sind für späße da.
Zum Essen kann ich wenig sagen, aber organisation, Kommunikation und Kompetenz finde ich hier ziemlich gut.
