Noisy hotel, but a good cosy bed. Room could use some small maintenance and cleaning. Neighbourhood is a lively Turkish street and staff is very friendly. Price is good too.
It's not too bad, but there are some small things for improvement:
- hair dryer falls of the wall
- bathroom vents are dusty
- shower glass panels were dirty when we walked in. Hotel could at least add a window pad.
- long black hairs found on the floor.
- bed headboard was very dusty.
- instead of adding 4 mirrors, it would be more practical to get a coat rack.
- missing a do-not-disturb-card on door.

10 min to mainstation. Clean. Friendly Staff. Many cheap turkish restaurants near the hotel (2,5 EURO for a Döner). Fair Prices. You could take food to your room. Smokers area. Wifi works (just gotta ask for the code). Good place to stay during events or festivals.

Once I made reservation accidentally. Although I said I am using wheelchair and I can not climb the stairs with my chair they didn't ccept to refund me my money. Althoguh technically they are right, ethically it's a shame on them. I had to talk to them for many months to get at least half of the money. The didn't reply on my mails, they've promised to refund by didn't etc.... Disaster customer satisfaction...

It has a narrow corridor and escalators were not available. But rooms are big and good. It has a decent restaurant too. Worth the cost.

My room was very old a showe in bathroom almost inaccesable...
Overall hotel atmosphere was old fashioned
Breakfast simple - not very fresh
Staff seemed annouyed

A hotel night in the heart of Dortmund, with a lovely bedroom and excellent breakfast (+ dead friendly staff!!) for less than €50!! I'm definitely coming back!

I really liked it there, the service was pretty good and the rooms were very comfortable. I can just recommend it.
