Zu den Gründen:

Die Preise sind eher günstig, aber dennoch lässt sich ein Mindestmaß an Qualität erwarten.
Mein Teller (in diesem Fall das Menü 7: gemischter Grillteller mit Kroketten) war lieblos angerichtet, ein wenig Salat zumindest als Deko fehlte gänzlich, das Rinderhacksteak war kein Hacksteak, sondern ein sowohl in Geschmack als auch Aussehen undefinierbares Stück Fleisch; Schweine- sowie Putensteak sahen nicht nur identisch aus, sie schmeckten auch ebenso. Sämtliches Fleisch war mit einer braunen Fertigsauce aus dem untersten Regal übergossen.

Das Ambiente: ok, es handelt sich halt um eine klassische Pommesbude, da darf man weder einen großartigen Service, noch ein ansprechendes Ambiente inkl. Barpianist erwarten.
Eine nicht abschliessbare Unisex-Toilette ist aber sicherlich nicht jedermanns/-fraus Sache und sollte schnellstens behoben werden.

Mir tun meine Worte fast ein wenig leid, da die beiden Inhaber sehr freundlich waren und sich bemüht haben, das Essen schnell auf den Tisch zu bringen. Ich hoffe, ihr arbeitet an euch und eurem Laden, dann gibt’s ganz sicher auch eine zweite Chance!
