We travel a lot and we’ve trained in many different boxes, but when we moved to Dortmund for a six-month stay, we were so lucky to find Cf Tremonia: it is simply the best Box ever. In fact, we found what every Crossfitter is always looking for: competent and stimulating coaches, and an amazing community. In this way, we met amazing people, and we achieved very important goals and improved a lot during our stay, as never before. As I’ve already said, the best Box ever: if you are in the region, you really must go there! ????????????
