Prices are too expensive for a such low standard food. Not even to mention the feeling when you start eating this pile of trash. Portions and sizes of burgers or food are so small that can easily fit in your hand. Once you have started to eat you have feeling that you are eating cardboard. It‘s absolutely tasteless and you have feeling that everything what is served is just synthetic. Stuff I can understand, 50% of them are working days and days for a low wage and without day rest, and don’t have motivation to work, and other half are workers from other countries who don’t have basic knowledge of german and don’t have other possibilities to have a better suited job.

I didn't like the atmosphere. It is dirty inside and there are lots of aggressive young people inside and outside. There was only one cashier and no tablets to make an order. For drive in probably ok, but I had to go away because I didn't feel comfortable ordering inside.

Things have improved as of late, both with the menu becoming more vegan-friendly and with staff getting your orders right and doing so more quickly. Be prepared for surprises, though; not too long ago I received a plant-based whopper with cheese even though I didn't order any. Luckily that wasn't too difficult to remove. Also, staff do *not* always follow proper masking procedure.

One of the best place to eat in Dortmund very neat and has a nice location and also with a mechine for soft drinks that every one can serve themselves.i like it.

Dont do it!!!!! Food took almost 2 hours to reach and no surprise cold cold cold.
