As an overnight stop ...for a next day early flight. Just a perfect Location for no Stress about Traffic and stuff. Clean room, gummy bears on the pillow, WiFi With no issues, good selection of TV Channels, Breakfast was Just great :)

Well. The room is up to BW standards. Wild guess. Had more comfy rooms at other BW. First time for me at a airport BW...
However, the smoking area is a disgrace for Mankind, muhahah... But and nevertheless they advertise vegetarian dishes available...

Myself and wife landed at 0100 at the hotel. We had been involved in moving refugees from the Ukraine border to a safe place in Dortmund. When we checked in we were told we could not have the Booking . com price as it would only apply fit the following night. We were exhausted so reluctantly paid the full price. The room was dirty with debris on the carpet, the kettle did not work. The plan was to get back on the road early next day however I had a dental emergency and had to go into Dortmund. When I returned and spoke to the manager, a very unfriendly individual, he was not interested but did say he would discount us 20 euro!! Which I found insulting. I explained we were part of a humanitarian aid project but he did not seem to care. I will never use this hotel chain again. Awful staff and sub standard room. May I just say that the people in Dortmund are generall so kind. The dentist fixed me quickly and at no cost and a local shop gave me free bread for the next trip with refugees later that day.

The hotel is fairly furnished and equipped. The staff is kind and helpful. The bed is comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, but I missed the hot food. Maybe it wasn't because of COVID.

Hotel is about 3-4 km away from the airport. Very friendly receptionist, sorry for not remembering the lady's name, very clean hotel, great soundproof room and the breakfast smelled really really good! Unfortunately I had no time to eat some in the early morning but I can fully recommend it.

The hotel is pretty close to the airport. That's good.
But the guy at the reception didn't speak English at all. I was so surprised about it. The procedure for check-in have to be very simple but the reception guy did everything wrong and can't explain me all simple stuff. This is the hotel near the airport and I think they have to respect all tourist at least with a little bit knowledge of English. And one more thing also surprised, me there was no toothpaste when I asked reception. I understand that you can not provide it to the room but when I requested it even for money hotel should at least to sell me that.

Clean room, comfortable bed, kind staff, delicious breakfast. ????
The only thing which was a little bit annoying is that our bed was slipping away from each other, because it was two single beds pushed together. But other than that everything was perfect. :)
