I subscribed in this gym but never received a confirmation mail.
That was the reason why I wanted to revoke my membership. After calling several times to the service number, nobody picked up and after 5 minutes waiting in the queue, they just end the connection on you, without talking personally to me.
I drove to the gym to ask for help as I am not talking perfectly German.
I met two different employees at the reception, Tamara and Sarah. Both are super unfriendly. Without even listening to my issue, they started answering my questions, while they had no clue what it is about because they interrupted me after 5 words.
As I tried to express myself a third time, they started shouting to me that other club members were looking to me. I felt very embarrassed. They even told to each other: He is super annoying and I don't have time and I don\t want to help him.
I tried to stayed super calm and I think I managed it not perfectly but pretty well for the experience they gave me.
They even wanted to call the police on me. That is really ridiculous.
So, I cannot advice that gym to anyone, as it seems as long as you don't have a problem they are willing to be friendly, but as soon as you have an issue they are blocking you completely out.
So people, be warned, never have an issue with them or they embarrass you in front of anyone.
That was one of the worst customer experience I ever had!
