Great place for food with EXTREMELY DIFFERENT TYPE OF FRIENDLINESS!!

Do not get scared away by the somewhat rude behavior of the staff. They simply like to have everything under control and as long as you play along with it, you will have a great time and taste delicious food.

As just mentioned, the meals are very good and come at a proper size. Unfortunately, also at a proper price...

Once you understand THEIR idea of friendliness and pricing, you might agree that the experience is worth 5 stars.

Characterful venue with plentiful outdoor seating for when the weather allows. Weinhaus Brungs serves excellent and authentic local cuisine. The staff are polite and attentive. Located in a quiet side street minutes from the Rathaus and riverside. Highly recommended.

Food is okay but not worth the money you have to pay for it. On top, we have never ever met a waiter that was so rude. If I can prevent one person from being treated the way we were it was worth posting this.

The QR code menu does not work. Some employees are arrogant. Don't go here if you are on vacation, go to any other place and you are going to have a better experience.

We found this place by accident!
The staff was a little impersonal , after bringing the wrong bill…… I was then asked , if I want to leave a tip, I said no….. which is surely my decision and I should not be asked and shamed into it by anyone. I did not think their service deserved it…. Sorry ! I work hard for my money too????
After that, we were discussed among the staff and the bill was just dumbed on the table , after paying it of course, no words like; thank you or anything!
People, you have a lot to learn ! Grow up or work somewhere without customers!
Won‘t be back of course and hope many people read this and won‘t go either ! ????

The employees at Weinhaus Brungs were extremely rude. They made it clear that they did not want to serve a small group of women. I would advice everyone to avoid this place.
