Wir haben im UP COLOGNE vor rund 6 Jahren eine Firmenfeier ausgerichtet und es war perfekt. Die Location ist super, die Organisation drumherum hat gut geklappt, es war ein gelungener Abend. Damals habe ich aber noch keine Google-Bewertungen verfasst.

Vor allen Dingen aber konnte man als Gastgeber den Abend genießen. Der Service hat einfach nur funktioniert, ich musste mich über nichts ärgern, nichts entscheiden, nichts tun, sondern der Abend lief einfach rund.

Wie wichtig sowas ist, habe ich vor ein paar Wochen erlebt. Bei einer privaten Veranstaltung woanders, in ähnlicher Preisklasse und mit ähnlicher Personenzahl war man ständig gestresst, weil man für das Personal mitdenken, Entscheidungen treffen, Fehler korrigieren, hinterherlaufen, sich ärgern usw. musste und mir ist im Nachgang eingefallen, wie angenehm perfekt das doch damals im UP COLOGNE war.

Und darum, wenn auch verspätet, möchte ich das mit der vollen Punktzahl honorieren.
