Great place, very friendly and helpful staff. We had such a nice time with our 17 months old daughter. I can gladly recommended if you are travelling with a baby/toddler. Breakfast includes variety of tasty and fresh options. And location is quite good too.

Very nice small hotel. Not all rooms have air conditioning, so remember to ask for it specifically. Very nice breakfast.

Service was exceptional!! Igor at the front desk went out of his way to make sure our group of 22 was well taken care of. My Room was great all around, some others said theirs were too warm without air conditioning. All around, very highly recommended!!!

Main complaint was the lack of air-conditioning, could just be a European thing though. Room was perfect for what I needed, breakfast was a little lacking and I was tricked into paying 15 euro for some scrambled eggs. They were really good but hardly worth that much. Everything else was great, shower was really good, good size TV, each room has it's own private wifi connection and the location is pretty good for the price. Highly recommend this hotel, just watch out if they offer to cook you something and be prepared for no A/C.

Excellent experience and a very courteous staff, speaks English. Well equipped rooms and has a decent reetaursnt offering breakfast n lunch n dinner. Not very spacious overall. Meeting rooms and board rooms were very adequate for a group size of 40+ people. Very accessible from Cologne central station and there is a big Turkish Mosque jus 12 minutes walk away.

A stunning hotel with beautiful rooms (particularly their antique beds). Staff have been friendly and helpful throughout as well.

This hotel employees is relay rude to the customers.
when you not in the room they will come in your room touch your personal belongings and filming it. share to every workmate .
when you check out if you have not cleaned the room your self they will let you pay for it. Because the hotel housekeeping they are PRINCE and PRINCESS they cant clean dirty or messy rooms.
This hotel will Recording Video how you lived in the room.
For your PERSONAL SAFETY , Don't stay at this hotel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
