Very small size of sushi. Also you cannot pay by card, but can install stupid app where you also cannot pay for your order ???? Tasty is good, but not for this price and the size.

Food was subpar and extremely expensive for the tiny portion. Charged 9.50€ for Lachs Teriyaki Donburi and this is the portion that I get (in the picture). Food took a little more than 1 hour to arrive. Will never order again.

The waitress was highly not interested in providing service unless, unfortunately.
I found salmon a bit too dry and too oily, which i also informed about on spot. Otherwise, everything was fine. Definitely worth giving it a second try.

Beware when ordering online or calling!!! Abysmal customer service!!!

Be prepared for your order to be cancelled by the restaurant if you are thinking of calling them to ask where your food is since you have been waiting more than 2 hours for your order despite them promising a 90 minutes delivery on the app. Since they don't like people who call them for such small issues, they will advise you to instead just learn to cook on your own.

The delivery times are more than 2 hours on any weekday and much more over the weekend.

Disappointing delivery. Avoid. Save your money. "Family box" might be a correct description if your family is a single parent with a new born baby. If your family is more than 2 small people, you'll be cooking whatever you have in the fridge to get a satisfying meal. Maybe this is just another case of Germans using English words without really knowing what the mean, but a family box is meant to be suitable for a family. What you actually get is a relatively modest meal for 2 ordinary sized people. Take your € 21 and spend it on the sushi in Rewe. Pretty much the same quality and you'll get twice as much food. Delivery was not as described either. Completely different set of rolls from what was listed: no tuna, only 2 salmon rather than 3 as described. Just generally overpriced for what it was. Maybe the sit-in dining experience is nicer but as a take-out, all I feel is regret that I didn't spend my hard-earned euros on a properly satisfying meal. We thought we were treating ourselves but we were undone by the penny-pinching food culture that persists in this city (it's not the 90s anymore guys).
