Very good atmosphere, attentive waiter and great food. We had the chicken and the beef both were exquisite. The sobert is excellent too. Highly recommend!

Even though there was only one person responsible for all guests, the service was quick and highly professional. The meals were delicious and exquisite for a fair price. The "Koelsche Menu" consisted of three courses with a variety of Cologne specials. Thanks!

Lover everything about this lovely restaurant in Mülheim. The one and only gentleman serving the tables was kind and efficient (you could see the smile behind the face mask...), and the ambiance is warm and welcoming, a kind of a mixture between old-fashioned and modern. The food was also a modern take on local and global classics. We started with the scallops with fennel salad and with the Himmel un Ääd. Both stellar preparations, served in the right size for appetizers. The mains were cod wrapped in ham and quail breast with cauliflower two ways. Both wonderful mains, and in particular the quail was as moist and tender as it gets. The dessert was their take on a Schwarzwälder Art, which for me was not that spectacular. We were kindly offered a little grappa to wrap up the meal, and overall it was a wonderful evening with excellent unpretentious food for the right price.

Great food (Himmel und Ad) no better place in Cologne to try this local speciality. Perfectly served fresh and ideally chilled beer (local Reissdorf Kolsch) and very good service as well.
