Auf dem Weg zu einem Workshop vergaß ich vor lauter Aufregung, vorher etwas zu essen. Dort angekommen, hatte ich noch eine Stunde Zeit. Und so fand dieses kleine Restaurant in einem Weidenpescher Wohngebiet. Meine Maßstäbe als VeganerIn sind klar definiert. Umso erfreuter war ich, dass dieses Restaurant auch an vegane Speisen gedacht hat.
Die Pasta mit Pfifferlingen war superlecker. Ich hatte das Vergnügen, unglaublich sympathische Mitarbeiter kennenzulernen. Allen war das Wohl ihrer Gäste sehr wichtig. Ich habe mich als Einzelperson sehr wohl gefühlt.
Nach dem Workshop bin ich mit einer weiteren Workshop-Teilnehmerin nochmals dort eingekehrt. Und auch sie war begeistert vom Essen und der Warmherzigkeit des Teams.
Ich freue mich schon auf den nächsten Workshop dort, weiß ich jetzt schon, wo ich meinen Hunger stillen werde.
