Es gab vom Trainer nur eine Kurzeinweisung, wurde auch mir so gesagt, weil ich über die Rabatt-Aktion komme. Am Ende der 2 Monate kam keiner auf mich zu und auch nachher wurde nicht mehr nachgefragt. Sehr Schade, es hatte ein Beigeschmack von Mensch zweiter Klasse zu sein.

Hatte früher immer extreme Motivationsprobleme nach einem harten Tag mich noch fürs Gym zu motivieren, aber so ist das wohl wenn das Umfeld nicht zu 100% passt. In diesem Studio ist das Gegenteil der Fall: Ich fühle mich rund um wohl, die Geräte sind top und das Publikum gefällt mir auch sehr gut. Jetzt heißt es am Ball bleiben!

Ich habe hier eigentlich von der ersten Minute an nur gute Erfahren gemacht. Neben meinen Beinen möchte ich vor allem meine Arme trainieren und dazu gibt es hier eine tolle Auswahl an Trainingsgeräten. Am Anfang fühlt man sich etwas unwohl in seiner Haut, weil ich habe eigentlich Jahre lang keinen Sport betrieben, aber alle Mitglieder mit denen ich bis jetzt Kontakt hatte, waren alle super nett und vor allem unterstützend. Mittlerweile bin ich echt sportbegeistert und komme sehr gerne hier zum trainieren her!
