This restaurant is a hidden gem. If you are a Vapiano's fan you'll learn to love this place. The staff, during this visit, was friendly and even attended to English speaking customers. There's a long list of menu items while being able to select your own noodle type. Parking was plenty available directly in front of the restaurant. Though I don't believe you can match the price tag with the food you receive it was still worth the visit.

Certainly a good location for an Italien restaurant in the middle of the old Karlswerk factory. The brick and industrial ambiente is just a awesome spot for Sommer evening dwellers.

However you should keep in mind that it will be crowded and everything will be a bit slow on most sunny weekend days.
I would recommend to visit it on a warm weekday and enjoy the great pasta with a good chilled white wine Spritz on the Patio.

Has several vegan options which are highlighted as such in the menu. Surprisingly, there is no vegan pizza. The serving sizes are okay but personally, I would have to eat two meals for not leaving the restaurant hungry.

Last time we went there, we waited an hour for our food. It was delicious but nothing special. The ingredients seem of somewhat higher quality and the atmosphere is rather nice.

Waiters were a bit stressed although the venue was not overly full. Maybe it's just too few people working there but I also witnessed a woman having to wait over half an hour for her ordered takeout.

It's hard to imagine the staff in this restaurant are proud of what they do here. Because this is the kind of restaurant that shows all the signs of surviving only because of the surrounding business's lunch-time crowds, and it knows it.

Food and drink prices here are astronomical. Wait times are long (up to 1hr) for both food and service. Servings are on the small side for the price. And paying takes ages. But the worst aspect of this restaurant is the customer service. The service here is smug and staff don't bother pretending to feign customer service skills. It's just sad.

Eating here is just that. Eating. This restaurant offers no dining experience, but merely a soulless, clinical eating session devoid of any hospitality or warmth. One arrives, one orders, one eats, and one pays - and sometimes one gets a side of smugness. It's Italian in presentation without any of Italy's welcoming spirit or pride. Really sad.

I really liked the pasta, very special and delicious ingredients, but still not expensive! Most of my colleagues liked the pizza, but my Italian friend thought the pizza was only okay. A little too much dough for her :)
