The owner is very helpful and friendly. He can speak English as well and can help you with all your nutritional requirements. The shop has an extensive selection of supplements and nutrition that you cannot find anywhere else in Cologne. The owner and his son even booked my taxi and helped load my bags while I boarded the taxi. Kudos on the warmth and hospitality! Short video of the shop attached below.
