If you like Pan pizza, Pizza Hut is the place to go!
ofcourse it's made for cheat days and more food to the soul that a balanced daily meal spot.
Here you see supreme beef with cheesy crust and tha second one I forgot???? cause I'm writing this review with a bit delay.

Not the authentic pizza hut taste. Hated it. I wasted my money. They didn’t even had knife to eat from. Pathetic service

This branch from pizza hut i think not related to any pizza hut that i have experienced around the world. Very bad food quality. I left the whole pizza although i was hungry. The place is very small and the whole stuff waa 2 people one in the kitchen and one outside. I think something like pizza hut brand should look once again to this branch to take a bigger suitable place in Köln as it is not related to the brand by any means.

toilet is broken for a while but it is not fixed yet. i tried basic menus and those were fine.

Delivery driver was rude said he couldn't finish work on time because of my order? Very unprofessional and unfriendly to say that. Pizza was not even properly done and totally soft and mushy.. absolute no go

Worst pizza delivery service I have ever seen. I gave them lots of chances to do their job right since I like the taste and preparation method of pizza hut in general. incapable of politeness, service or using their own ordering software. not to mention they returned my change on the next day once (i ordered in the early afternoon and they deliver until 11 pm at least).
Time to hire some qualified staff, guys!
