Pizza was cooked well, cut properly and very tasty. A good light crust. It could have done with a little more tomato sauce, more cheese and less herbs.

Im Normalfall können wir die Pizzen nach ca. 15 Minuten abholen (geschätzte Zeit des Pizzabäckers aufgrund der aktuellen Auslastung). Zeitmanagement ist nicht so die Stärke, daher glaube ich gerne, dass Pizzen, die geliefert werden, kalt ankommen, wie einige Leute hier beschreiben.

In 20-30% der Fälle bekommt man nicht das, was man bestellt hat. Wenn man gemütlich zu Hause mit Freunden etwas bestellt, kann man davon ausgehen, dass mindestens 1 Person nicht das bekommt, was sie möchte.
Als Beispiel haben wir eine Pizza Campagnola (Salami, Champignons) bestellt. Bei der Abholung meinte der Pizzabäcker, dass er sich vertan hat, und wir 3 Zutaten mehr bekommen. Was wir bekommen haben war eine Pizza Capricciosa (Schinken, Oliven, Artischocken, Champignons), die ich übrigens sehr empfehlen kann, und obendrauf einfach kalte Salamischeiben gelegt. Das war wirklich eine Frechheit! Der Hunger zu Hause war dann zu groß um nochmals zurück zu gehen. Und wie gesagt, geschmacklich sind die Pizzen aus dem Steinofen top!

Zu guter Letzt noch eine weitere schlechte Erfahrung, die Größen fallen sehr unterschiedlich aus. Meiner Meinung nach hängt es sehr vom Pizzabäcker ab. Am liebsten ist mir Alex selbst, sein Zeitmanagement ist zwar unterirdisch, aber der Rest passt in der Regel. Hier ein Foto einer 40cm Durchmesser Pizza:

Kommunikation unterirdisch. Pizza und Pizzabrötchen kommen nach 90min KALT an!!! Nach dem ich angerufen und nach einem Lösungsvorschlag fragte sollte ich eine neue Pizza und Pizzabrötchen bekommen. Nun sind 3 Stunden vergangen und ich hab immer noch nichts gegessen.
