Has improved over the last few years. Used to smell like a very messy public toilet, but by now, the urine smell is almost gone. Quite tolerable now, in fact.

Rates are reasonable for parking at the Ringe in Cologne: 0,50€ per 20 minutes during daytime, 1,00€ per hour sitting nighttime.

Parking rates are fair for Köln, Directions to find this parking is quite poor. So is the lighting inside and it is a bit smelly.

Leider etwas schmuddelig. Die Aufgänge rochen extrem nach Urin. Am Sonntag standen um das komplette Auto leere Flaschen etc. herum. So liegt die Garage zwar gut aber nochmal würde ich vermutlich nicht hier parken.
