I wish it were possible to give no star here.
This is no good place to go. They are not trust worthy and make empty promises. I made an internet home box contract with them and will have to go to them the 5th time just to solve thesame problem. They claimed they ordered a new home box from o2 main office to be given to me in 3 days, but later told me that o2 main office has refused to confirm their order but withen me I quickly realised they told a lie. So I called o2 hotline to find out why the rejection but to my suprise, the main office said they have no idea of their claim. The main office wrote a complain against them. I will end this contract as fast as possible. It's very unfortunate!
