Very poor customer service!!!
Instead of treating customers with respect, the staff appeared to be tired and overwhelmed. They asked (u003dinterrogated) customers about a customized ice cream.
The cookies did not seem to be fresh.
For all future customers, please reconsider the purpose of your visit!!!

Never again! I have had a few experiences buying sweets from this confectionery. Every time, the shop owner emphasizes on the fact that the sweets are fresh but, after buying, it turns out that this is not true. Unfortunately, the shop owner still doesn't understand that customer satisfaction is worth much more than a few euros.

A jewel in the middle of Cologne. Extremely delicious desserts with lots of varieties of sweets and drinks. Very polite staff. Try their ''Nun khameyi'' and ''Napeleon''. It was yummy with cappuccino and hot chocolate. Also the traditional persian ice cream made from Safran and pistachios was extremely delicious. Recommended.

I really love this place. A chick persian restaurant with lots of sweets( which are not that sweet like indian sweets) . They make pasteries, cookies, baklava and related items( check picture). The product is really really fresh. You can feel it as soon as it goes in your mouth. Its not that sweet( i feel sugar is used in moderation). They serve icecreams, coffee and some other persian delicacies . The place is run by very nice ladies . I go more than once in a month. Very very recommanded.
