Sie hat sich Probe mässig beim Mrs Sporty in Köln Mülheim angemeldet. Ihr wurde dabei immer wieder gesagt dass sie innerhalb von 14 Tagen einfach kündigen kann.
Kurze Zeit vor Ablauf der Kündigungsfrist kam sie ins Studio und hat wegen einer Kündigung nachgefragt.

Der Trainer hat ihr gesagt dass es ganz anders vereinbart worden wäre, und sie einen regulären Vertrag , mit 12 Monaten Laufzeit, haben würde.
Immer wieder wurde ihr unterstellt dass sie nicht kündigen soll, und es wurde versucht ihr auszureden. Eine einfache Unterschrift auf einem Zettel mit der Kündigung hat nicht ausgereicht, weswegen sie nach Hause gehen und es formal schriftlich per Post machen musste.

Die Karte (25 €) + 2 Wochen (25€) im Mrs Sporty sollten eigentlich 50€ kosten, aber aufeinmal wurden 100€ ohne Rechnung vom Konto abgebucht.
Eigentlich hätte sie die Karte gar nicht bezahlen müssen, wurde ihr auch mehrmals versichert, wenn sie nicht regulär anfangen würde.

Man denkt man redet gegen eine Wand und das vermeintlich freundliche Personal entpupte sich als geldgierig und Kundenfern, mit wenig Einfühlungsvermögen.

Eine absolute Enttäuschung und Frechheit!
