Great tapas in cute tiny restaurant

A cappuccino should not be luke warm, irrespective of the Barista's assertion that the cappuccino I was served was exactly how a cappuccino is meant to be served.
Despite the fact that I regularly drink excellent cappuccino's in southern Italy, in Cafe Sur, (excellent hot cappuccino), Standa cafe in the Dumont centre (excellent hot cappuccino), and Ludnari (excellent hot cappuccino), on the Severin strasse - the young barista was confident enough to tell me that he had served a cappuccino - as it should be served. No apology, no offer of a better, (hotter) cappuccino. His dogmatic statement was suffice. He was 'educating' me.
As I am more into the collaboration of milk and coffee that is hot, and don't give a toss about being served a pine forest on my froth, I shall avoid ordering a cappuccino at this location.
Pity really, as the waitresses were bubbly and friendly.

I tasted the moroccanisch tajina. It tasted exactly the same as it tasted in Morocco. So I will recommend it. The waiters were super friendly and helpful.

German tapas and larger meals, all exceptionally well cooked. Portions aren't gigantic but the food is very satisfying regardless.

Probably the best place in Cologne for tapas. Food is always good. Friendly although not always accurate service. Quite expensive for what you get and then at the end credit cards are not even accepted.

Really nice and cozy café with good menu for both breakfast and lunch. Nice place to work with free Wi-Fi and a few outlets available.

Very unfriendly, almost cold service. They dont keep reservations and leave you there without saying sorry for it. Too bad. It could be a nice place.
