Big selection of electronics. Normal retail prices and deals. Nice accessibility by public transport. Paid parking and paid toilets available as part of the surrounding shopping centre. Dated store layout but still works.
I have been to this store several times already and there is usually some English speaking staff. Staff will not proactively approach costumers and you need to get in line if you want assistance, which may take long at peak hours, depending on the store section.
Removed one star for running out of electric heaters in the winter, fans in the summer (not even offering to order them for us or having information about when the next shipment would come) and once waiting over 20min for someone to show up in the audio systems section to test a stereo system.

Not the most resourceful store but it is big enough and is good to visit whenever you need electronics.

It's difficult to get someone to help you when you need it. They have good sale prices.

It was a good informative experience. I don't know why it happend but the alarm beeped twiecly when I was checking out the things. Moreover, it beeped without any reason like it is so fragile to touch.
Overall it was good.

I have the best to say about..Easy access with metro lines1,9,S19,S12,S13 .My order has a problem not only they’re friendly and really sad about the trouble they solved in an hour doing their best for me to leave with please .!10/10 is my experience.!!
