You should train your staff with some customer service.
I was there this morning and since I got in, the guy from the counter was upset because I disturbed him from text messaging.
After I placed my order on the big screen and paid with my credit card I asked the guy to put my order to be served inside, no Take Away.
He put my coffee in the plastic cup and after that I showed him my green pass and my Id.
He started telling me something in German, I was speaking with him in English because I don’t speak German. He actually started yelling on me. I asked him in English what’s the problem because I didn’t understand what was going on. He Insisted talking in German. I just walked out and I hope he enjoyed my meal, because I left it there.
