Ich war vom 09.02.2022 bis 04.04.2022 auf Station 8a. Mit der Behandlung bin ich ziemlich zufrieden. Die Ärzte sind okay. Besonders zu bemerken sind die Krankenschwestern und Pfleger. Sie sind alle sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Sicherlich hat jeder Mensch mal einen schlechten Tag, aber wenn es so ist, geben sie sich alle Mühe dieses den Patienten nicht merken zu lassen.
Das Essen ist schmackhaft. Leider ist die Auswahl nicht so toll, es gibt immer wieder die gleichen Gerichte und die Speisekarte wechselt nicht. Vom Geschmack her ist es aber okay.
Der Kiosk und die Kantine sind seit längerer Zeit geschlossen. Ea gibt lediglich einen Kaffeeautomaten, Kaltgetränkeautomat und einen Süßigkeitenautomaten. Die Preise sind allerdings sehr hoch.
Sehr Mangelhaft sind die Preise für Internet und Fernsehen. Internet kostet PRO TAG € 2,50,- und Fernsehen PRO TAG € 3,60,-
Ich persönlich finde diese Preise eine Frechheit. Das machen andere Krankenhäuser besser.
Als Fazit : In Köln Holweide ist man als Patient gut aufgehoben und ich würde es in jedem Fall empfehlen.

Ich war zu einer OP am 09.09.2022 in der Chirugie auf der Station 8. Im OP Bereich wurde ich mehrfach nach meinen Patientendaten gefragt und auch die OP Stelle markiert. (Patientensicherheit). Jeder Mitarbeiter hat sich mit Namen und Fuktion vorgestellt. Meine Narkoseangst wurde mir dank toller Arbeit auch genommen. Nach der OP, wurde ich mehrfach nach meinen Schmerzen gefragt und alle Anliegen ernst genommen. Alle Mitarbeiter waren ausnahmslos freundlich und das Fachpersonal machte einen Hochqualifizierten eindruck. Kritik: Die Zimmerausstattung und dass Essen ist verbesserungswürdig. Vielen Dank an das tolle Team.
