Wonderful watch shop! I bought a watch from France, which seems to be out of their standard process, but the whole team was very patient and extremely professional in answering all my questions. Very responsive in all the email we exchanged, they did their best to fulfill a special request about the date of shipment. And the price of the watch was simply amazing (- 50% vs original price!)

All in all, I can only advise you to buy a watch from Altherr, you will not be disappointed!

I had an extremely good experience with Altherr when I ordered a new wristband for my Grand Seiko watch. Despite the fact that the band that I favored is out of production Altherr staff pulled many strings in the background to fulfill my wishes. And the result looks fantastic! Thank you very much. I bought a watch in the online shop, it was an excellent experience. I sent the circumference of my wrist and the watch came ready to wear with no further adjustments necessary. They have a good selection of brands and models, especially Grand Seiko which are very difficult to find. Prices are competitive. I'll definitely call by in person next time I'm in Cologne.

I contacted Altherr via email and got a response very quickly. I had a request and there were no problems at all. They were very nice and solved everything very well. Packages were sent to Sweden on Monday and I had my package on Tuesday. I can highly recommend Altherr Juwelier. Thank you Altherr for a pleasant experience :)
