Schlichtes, starkes Design und freundlicher Service.
An einigen Kleinigkeiten mangelt es zeitweise, was widerrum nur in mancher Hinsicht einen Mangel darstellt.
So fehlte in meinem Appartement z.B. eine Klobürste. Danach zu fragen wäre mir bei einem Preis von nicht einmal 3 Euro allerdings auch zuviel des Guten gewesen. Flux zum Rossmann und selbst organisiert.
Das Haus ist trotz der zentralen Lage an einer viel befahrenen Hauptstraße sehr ruhig.
Man hört bei geschlossenen Fenstern quasi nichts.
Das Design und Lichtkonzept sind durchdacht. Abwicklung bei Ankunft und Abreise äußerst flexibel.
Das WLAN, welches eigentlich äußerst flott ist für eine Mieteinheit, ist im UG allerdings nicht vorhanden da der Router im OG in einer der äußersten Ecken steckt. Ein Repeater wäre hier hilfreich sofern man in Bad und Küche Internet benötigt. Mich hat es nicht sonderlich gestört.
Frau Yavuz ist stets freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Angefragtes Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen standen wie durch Zauberhand am nächsten Tag parat, ebenso die zusätzlich bestellte Bettwäsche.
Weiterhin gibt es als Willkommensgruß ein kleines Präsent.
Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist top. Alles was man zum Leben braucht bekommt man fußläufig in 5 Minuten gekauft.
