They don't make any space for who is smoker. İ smok just in parking :/ in the room was just One chair and we was too person's also no body wasn't there to ask for one more chair. For check in was a little hard because all the process was with digital box ( i liked to much) wen i try to go inside the hotel for first time because I don't resived my room key that why it's was a little bit hard. But that's was so modern and that's why I liked and maybe next time i chose there

Very nice and tidy hotel with friendy staff, good breakfast and realatively good price-to-quality ratio. The downside is the limited parking space by the hotel, however there is a open parking lot nearby or you can park by the street. Overall a great place to stay for business or while visiting Koln.

A clean and comfortable hotel in the suburbs of Cologne.
The staff are wonderful and they serve you with a smile.
Their breakfast buffet is very good with a big choice of food.
The reception desk manager left us a leaving Christmas present. What a lovely touch that was.
Thank you for a comfortable stay.

Everything about the hotel was great. The staff were friendly, helpful and inviting. The place was clean, had a nice little bar that was cosy. It also had a quirky character to it ( nice paintings and decoration). The breakfast was also very well presented, hot drinks prepared on demand, eggs made in any style you request. The rooms themselves were spacious and clean. The one thing you need to pay attention to is that your hotel card key is in place properly or you don't have electricity. There was reliable WiFi, a TV with German channels. The double beds are actual single beds combined so there is a little gap in-between that can be a slight nuisance. The pillows are no e and soft though! There is a tram on walkable distance from the hotel that goes directly to the center of the city. Great to explore the Xmas markets or shopping streets on your stay. I'd recommend this affordable hotel if you want to discover Cologne without being in the actual center and have some peace and quiet place to rest on your trip.

Good location, free parking in front of the hotel. It is easy to reach downtown by public transport or if you prefer to have a walk.
Room was spacious enough with good bathroom, everything was clean. Desinfection sprays are available in the lobby and breakfast room for extra care of guests.
Very good breakfast, plenty of options to choose. Coffee could have been stronger to our taste, but it really didn't spoil anything.
The staff is very kind and attentive, we felt very welcome.
Great value for the price.

I have to say the hotel is fine and the service are basic. Good room comfy bed...BUT for a 3 stsr during a trade show very overpriced. Other than that a great place to be

This hotel is not maybe modern or best one, but you pay for what you get. It is nice place to stay for two - three nights. Stuff is very very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is maybe not variable but still it is nice. Internet connection is slow. Especially in the evening when more guests are in but it is free (you have to ask for voucher with password) for unlimited devices. Nearby you can fins supermarket, for more you should go downtown.
