The location of the hotel is really good and it is easy to reach the city center of Cologne. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. Making their guests comfortable is their priority. They are customer friendly, hospitality, kind and positive. I liked this hotel and I advice everyone.

to flee. I stayed with great regret in this hotel, the room filled with mosquitoes as you can see in the photos. The really unprofessional staff, the cleaning ladies enter the room while the do not disturb label is tied to the door twice! It clearly does not deserve these 4 stars to flee!! breakfast not great, very small. I booked the hotel with parking and breakfast, but I repaid on the spot. hotel close at night if you arrive after 10 p.m. so you can no longer check out. I see people gave 5 stars. it really is a lie …

It's very good value. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The room was fine, and the breakfast was great - good range of fresh food and drink. I also enjoyed the outdoor gardened area during breakfast. Convenient 2min walk to the train stop and a short trip to the city. Another benefit is that it is less than ten minutes taxi to/from the airport

I visited here for about 6 nights and it was great. They had a breakfast buffet every morning that was about $8.00. The rooms are decent and the beds firm .. the pillows were a little too soft for me but its in a great location! Right in the middle of town! Plenty of shops and grocery around and there is a market during the week. I would stay again it was a good price. Staff was very kind and carrying..

It was my first visit to Cologne (Germany), I had booked this in advance. The hotel is in the little outskirts of the city centre. The rooms are well maintained. It has a restaurant and bar too. I got my breakfast included in the package. The breakfast served are in general European style, as expected. It has ample parking lots on paid basis. The room had kitchenette and TV too. Hair Dryer and kitchen utensils were well placed. The management and staffs are soft spoken and very humble. My overall experience was very good and would recommend...
