Classic hotel and very accommodating for traveling with children. They happily assembled a crib for our little one. Quiet rooms with wonderful showers. The breakfast was fresh and delicious.

Good, comfortable, quiet rooms. Delicious buffet breakfast. Just be aware that a room with two single beds may end up being a double bed with two single mattresses on it. The en-suite bathroom was exquisite, felt almost better than the room itself. Check in and out times can be a nuisance. Would have been nice if tea/coffee and a kettle was included in the room. Overall, an ideal stay for a few days in Cologne.

The service is outstanding, really friendly staff and awesome customer oriented behaviour - best i had in a long time - thank you!

Breakfast was okay, but in my opinion not 4 star worthy (e.g. small variety). Downside is that the Hotel itself (e.g. rooms, interior, carpet) is pretty run down and needs renovation fast (plug Sockets falling out - serious saftey issue!) Considering the high prices, the run down appearance and the mediocre breakfast, i would not recommend staying there. If the Hotel is renovated i will come again. Sorry guys your service was top notch!

I was here after attending a miss at the churge and before the burial of my after uncle. We were there to eat breakfast. They have a beautiful interior, and friendly German personnel, taking our jackets and serving the breakfast. The food was good, and the tables kept clean. Nothing wrong with hotel imperial.

It's a good hotel. It had all the things you need. The style however is very classic, as if nothing changed in this hotel in the past 50 years or so (just added things like flat screen TV and wifi).

Just 4 small spots for cars in a garage in the 'backyard' of the hotel, but there's also place to park in the surrounding streets

My weekend at Hotel Imperial was very good. The reception was especially helpful and very nice. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Restaurant staff was also very kind and helpful.
Great location.
