Booked the hotel, but they have sent me to some appartment. For the breakfast have to drive in the morning to the hotel. Apartment has a shared kitchen, whitch is completely empty (no pan, no pot, no cutlery)..useless.
Booked this hotel because it is close to the place where I work, and then they have sent me away to the apartments.

Great service, fast check in/out. Good beds and very clean rooms! Will come back here when visiting Cologne again! Thank you for having us!

Rates were reasonable for room, and it was clean which I appreciate more than anything when searching for a hotel. Checking in was easy and we were able to request early check-in (we we're tired from travelling). We did not have breakfast at the hotel because it cost extra so I cannot say if it was good or not. The location is great if you have a car --- parking is free and right out front. I don't know if the location is good for public transit as I did not need it. Not much was within walking distance, but the location is quiet! Overall a nice stay. I do wish that breakfast were free, but it was nice otherwise.

Very bad location for tourist without personal transport. No shops nearby. Over priced rooms which is very clear and well maintained. However fundamental requirements like coffee maker, iron board are not there. Absolutely no value for the charges. Staff are very helpful and friendly.. Breakfast was good

Great deal for Cologne even it is not really in town. Rooms are like on the pictures. Air-conditioned, clean and decent size. Breakfast is basic. We had 2 weddings in the event center that is part of the building complex. Was noisy and extremely busy especially in the evening

Lovely friendly helpful staff, wonderful buffet breakfast , clean rooms, comfortable
beds. Great spot if youre passing through town on business.

Outside it is a bit of a battle to get parking. There are plenty of businesses in the area and the employees takes most of the street parking up. First impressions inside is that it is clean and tidy. The receptionist was so-so during the check in making minimum conversation leaving me to ask questions like where my room is located. The bedroom was neat and clean the mattresses fine. We had breakfast as well and I can’t really fault it.
