Pro: Location is close to the university clinic and the staff is nice. Con: Rooms are quite old and used up. Also the door of the room was far to thin, so forget about sleeping in peace.

I was in this hotel for 4 days. the second night someone entered my room while I was sleeping and stole my phone and my wallet. So if you don't care about safety then go to this hotel.

Also dafür dass das Hotel für Obdachlose ist und vom Amt bezahlt wird kann man hier für eine Weile schon gut verweilen. Ist schön sauber. Schon gut dass die Stadt Köln für so Leute Hotels anbietet. Hier gibt es sogar einmal die Woche eine Putzfrau! In dem Hotel in dem ich davor war war es wesentlich heruntergekommener als hier und es lässt sich aushalten. Bis ich ne Wohnung gefunden hab gehts. Also 3 Sterne gibt es von mir.

Wir waren vor 5 Jahren in diesem Hotel an Karneval untergebracht. Immerhin 60 Euro für eine Nacht. Wir wurden in ein Zimmer geführt, wo hinter einem alten Vorhang mal eine kleine Küche gewesen sein muss. Dort war alles voller grünem Schimmel, wirklich ekelhaft. So etwas schlafend einzuatmen ist ein medizinisches Desaster. Das Zimmer war auch nicht sauber. Wir beschwerten uns und bekamen erstmal an der Rezeption die Antwort: es ist Hochsaison, da müssen Sie bei dem Preis Abstriche machen. Unfassbar, war denen nichtmal peinlich. Wir bestanden auf ein anderes mäßig sauberes Zimmer, waren aber so angeekelt, dass wir in Kleidung schliefen und nur mit Schuhen ins Bad gingen. Auf das Frühstück verzichteten wir, in Sorge, dass die Hygiene in der Küche ähnlich sein könnte wie in dem ersten Zimmer. Wir hätten den Aufenthalt dem Gesundheitsamt melden sollen. Wir hoffen, dass das mittlerweile behoben ist, sind aber nach Jahren noch immer geschockt, so dass diese Rezension nun verfasst wurde.
