Ich war heute das erste mal bei Dr. Windelen in der therapeutischen Sprechstunde. Ich bin noch jung aber habe dennoch viele somatische Erkrankungen, worunter meine Psyche erheblich leidet. Da der Dr. Gynäkologe und Psychotherapeut in einem ist, kam mir diese Praxis sehr passend vor.

Ich kann die ganzen negativen Bewertungen absolut nicht nachvollziehen und kann mir nur vorstellen, dass es oft auch daran liegt, wie man den Menschen in der Praxis gegenüber tritt!

NOCH NIE in meinem ganzen Leben, mit unzähligen Arztterminen und diversen Ärzten, hat sich jemand so viel Zeit für mich genommen beim Ersttermin! Ich hatte auch Glück, da ich Mittwoch Mittag die letzte Patientin war, aber ich war über 2 Stunden in der Praxis! Ich habe Sie verlassen mit dem Gefühl, ernstgenommen worden zu sein und mit diversen Behandlungsansätzen/Tipps sowie Überweisungen! Dr. Windelen hat auch zwischen den Zeilen gelesen und durch seine gezielten Fragen hatte ich den Eindruck, dass er sich gut in die Situationen seiner Patientinnen hineinversetzen kann bzw. Schnell versteht, wo das Grundproblem liegt.

Die Buchung des Termins funktionierte online reibungslos und die MFA‘s waren alle sehr freundlich!

Absolut unterirdisch! Der Arzt nimmt einen nicht ernst und ist super selbstverliebt. Bin extra zu der Klinik gegangen, weil der Arzt auch im therapeutischen Bereich tätig ist und das mit meinem Hintergrund wichtig war.
Hatte als Thematik unter anderem Schmerzproblematik und dafür auch extra eine weitere Untersuchung bezahlt. Der Arzt war aber damit beschäftigt, mir zu erzählen, wie toll er doch psychologisch aufgestellt sei, so dass er am Ende der Untersuchung irritiert die Geräte angeguckt und gefragt hat: "Was wollte ich jetzt noch mal nachgucken?". Absolut daneben. Anderes Beispiel: ich habe gesagt, dass ich nur 2-3 Mal im Jahr meine Periode habe. Seine Reaktion darauf: "das ist nicht ungewöhnlich, das haben viele Frauen, das ist nicht schlimm". Tja ich habe den Arzt gewechselt und weiß jetzt: Schmerz - Endometriose; unregelmäßige Periode - POCS.
Ich verstehe jetzt, warum ich so schnell einen Termin bekommen habe: die Frauen werden nicht ernst genommen und kommen nicht wieder.
Kann nur von dieser Praxis abraten!!!

Wundere mich über die negativen Bewertungen hier. Bin seit viel Jahren bei Dr. Windelen. Habe zu ihm gewechselt weil ich absolut unzufrieden meiner Ärztin war. Er nimmt sich immer Zeit und hört zu wenn es mal Probleme mit dem Körper gibt. Wartezeiten sind absolut ok. Bis jetzt höchstens 10min warten müssen und ich bin nicht privat versichert. Ich kann definitiv die Praxis nur empfehlen.

Auf eine Empfehlung habe ich vor über 20 Jahren die Praxis kennengelernt. Ein Gynäkologe und Psychotherapeut mit Naturheilkunde im Angebot. TOP!Für mich die beste Kombination. Die Praxisräume habe ich in all den Jahren immer als warm und zum Wohlfühlen empfunden. Es ist nichts von einer kalten klassischen Praxisatmosphäre vorhanden. Technisch immer auf dem aller neusten Stand - ob z.B. mit dem Terminvergabesystem, oder E-Rezept-Service oder Ultraschall etc. Terminvergabe immer sehr zeitnah und bei Dringlichkeit sehr, sehr schnell möglich. Dr. Windelen holt einen vollkommen ab bei Sorgen und Nöten. Immer erfolgt gezieltes Nachfragen und ausführliche Erklärungen/Erläuterungen und das einfühlsam. Keine Frage ist zuviel. Das gilt auch für das Praxisteam - nett, zuvorkommend und einfühlsam. Man spürt dort auch einen tollen Teamspirit zwischen Arzt und Mitarbeiterinnen. In all der Zeit wurde und werde ich oft auf Naturheilverfahren hingewiesen die ich dankbar angenommen habe. Natürlich erfolgte auch sofort der Hinweis das man diese Kosten in den meisten Fällen selbst tragen muss. Ich bin sehr froh schon so lange Zeit Patientin dort zu sein und werde nun durch die Wechseljahre begleitet. Ich kann die Praxis nur empfehlen. Macht weiter so!
