Wonderful ice cream, but because I've ordered the ice cream in the balcony, the waitress forbidden us to seat inside, even after saying that we would like to order some drink, some coffee. Shame on you!

About your answer, I can understand, but it is the company obligation to inform properly the consumer about rules, the best thing you could do is to put and advertisement in the balcony, not a waitress that doesn't even know why we cannot take a table.
