Full of character and good kolsch. A lovely spot and popular. Friendly staff too which was a nice change from the breweries north of the Dom.

I loved this place! A classic high quality brahaus with all that goes with it, funny staff, non stop beer and great food. The place was full of diverse people and pretty loud with a bar at the other side of the restaurant. Please note it’s cash only. We had some great knödel (German dumpling) and meat. I highly recommend this place. Remember to try the Früh beer!

Tasty German food, jaegerschnitzel was fantastic. Service was friendly and the beer flowed freely.

If you don't put a beer mat on your glass they keep delivering tiny glasses of beer when you run out. It's excellent, the food is very very local German too. Local kolsch beer served straight from a tiny barrel at the end of the bar that's replaced several times a night.

You don't get much more authentic German beer than this place.

Here you will get the true local food and beer. Which means: a lot of meat and a lot of beer. It was a true experience, and I liked it a lot. You must know, don't go here if you don't eat mean (there is no other option). But if you like meat you should go. The concept with the beer is really fun. They will give you small glasses of beer and once you finish it, they will give you a new glass without asking. When my friend asked for a coke, she got a disappointed look. Just so you know.
