Never had a problem with them, cheap and use the same bus as national express, book in advance and you get an even better price. They generally can be quite flexible with your ticket and accept it on the bus before or after if there is space. Sometimes not, so always be there on time for your bus.

The worst trip ever with flix train
The temperature outside is 34 degrees and they didn’t even turn on the Air Conditioner , no WIFI , no charging area

Sold bus ticket direct from Cologne to Berlin, but it was fake..!! a trip of 8 hours as mentioned in the ticket turned to be 10.5 hours, due to several stops to ride off and ride on passengers along the way !!
