Stand im Stau und war 30 Minuten zu spät.Mitarbeiter vor Ort war sehr sehr unfreundlich. Neuer Termin ist erst in 18 Tagen möglich.Habe 30 Minuten lang versucht jemanden anzurufen aber keiner ging ans Telefon weder in der Filiale noch in der Zentrale. Das letzte mal bei euromaster gewesen….. Empfehle diese Werkstatt niemanden…..

Went to another workshop who laughed about how you guys are being treated. then it went very quickly to the lifting platform, the bulb was changed and it cost €15 and the technical inspection was done again and that was it. Without a doctor title our car does NOT seem to be sick!!! No one answers the phone there, at some point it is forwarded to the head office and what a coincidence, the lady on the phone told me the next appointment was not entered by the gentleman at all. Strange!!!

Nie wieder, die Leute die hier schreiben gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis.. haben anscheinend keinen Vergleich bei anderen Werkstätten bekommen. HU/AU durchgefallen, der erste tüv unseres Autos, durchgefallen weil das abbiege Licht defekt ist. Nächster Termin damit der Doktor eine Diagnose stellt die nochmal 65€ gekostet hätte, 2 Wochen später! Wofür habt ihr eine Werkstatt wenn ihr nicht mal schnell die Lampe tauschen könnt. Bzw braucht man erstmal dafür ein Doktor Titel wenn der tüv schon gesagt hat was defekt ist. Dazu noch mal schauen wie hoch die Kosten sind, wegen der Zeit des Mechanikers. Reine abzocke! Sind zu einer anderen Werkstatt gefahren, der darüber lachte wie bei euch verfahren wird. dann ging es ganz schnell auf die Hebebühne, Birne wurde gewechselt hat 15€ gekostet und tüv wurde nochmal gemacht und fertig. Ohne Doktor Titel unser Auto scheint NICHT krank zusein!!! Zu dem geht keiner ans Telefon dort, irgendwann wird an die Zentrale weitergeleitet und was ein Zufall, die Dame am Telefon sagte mir der nächste Termin wurde von dem Herrn garnicht eingetragen. Komisch!!!
