The WORST quality and service!!!
The lock of my bracelet broke within only 4,5 months of wearing it. It keeps falling off of my wrist. Eliz wont reply on my emails and since its too far for me to go by I brought it at my local goldsmith. They looked at the bracelet and the lock is so badly broken that it needs to be replaced. WITHIN 4.5 Months!! Going to cost me 70-120€. Which is half of the bracelets worth.
Bad service Eliz, bad quality is one thing, fixing it another.

Trotz, dass der Laden heute mit Kunden überfüllt war - hatte der Verkäufer (vllt auch der Inhaber) viel Geduld mit meiner Unentschlossenheit zudem mit unserem unruhigen Sohn. (Das ist nämlich auf der Keupstraße nicht so üblich)

Das es beim Juwelier nicht nur auf die Freundlichkeit ankommt ist bekannt, doch dazu sind die Preise auch sehr sehr gut.

Ich bedanke mich erneut für die kompetente und tolle Beratung. Es war unser erster Besuch aber definitiv nicht der letzte. Bis bald.
