Very bad hospital staff are working very bad in the first floor except the doctors are very nice responsible for the patients .unbelievable waiting.some of the nurses are very bad not friendly as well stressed doing everything veryfast .Repeat again the only nuce thing are the doctors we met.

My experience is identical with the ones of the most reviewers. There may be some good reasons why most of reviewers granted one star to this hospital. To summarise: if you have an emergency with a child you have good chances to make two queues, one to the Notfallpraxis and one to the ER and consequently to lose valuable time. It is clear how much they care about children. Perfectly organized, maximum of care for sick children and for the parents.

Horrible place. We were asked to come 1 day before surgery to reduce my daughter's anxiety from traveling 1 day before.
However when we arrived they made us run about to different places just to register.

Then the reception at anesthesia doctor was angry that we didn't speak enough German but the surgeon never told us that we have to do so.

Finally the day of the surgery the nurse was shouting at my daughter to take anti-axiety meds abd as a consequence she became more afraid and was screeming and shaking. The nurse made my wife cry which only made things worse...
