Arrived in Koln at 21:00 , and no one answered the phone. We had to stay in the streets for like 3-4 hours in cold and rain. Be carefull and search for the owner’s phone number because the number that it’s in the description is booking’s phone number.

It was just o.k., because it was a business trip to cologne it was not possible to get a receipt for the stay. Several emails not answered, several calls they lied to me. At least I had to pay it myself cause i didn't got the money back from the company. Poor!
