The main dishes were really delicious and not too expensive. The desserts were a bit bland and dry though. The service was great and friendly, but a bit slow. The atmosphere was very laid back

Had an amazing time there during the Karneval.. one of the best places for traditional Koln music

Manages to combine traditional and modern extremely well!
The food is delicious and apparently from a good source

Wow! I had medium expectations, as I couldn't tell this was a restaurant at first glance from the outside. We had the Chili Con Carne, Meatball snack, and the Currywurst. The Chili Con Carne was fantastic, as it had a little Mediterranean kick to it, I would recommend. The Meatball snack was flavorful and cooked perfectly. Being from Texas, this was our first experience with Currywurst. The sausage was incredible, and the sauce/fries were delicious! The waitress/bartender was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend anyone go here for drinks, dinner, or both!

Visited during Cologne's Carnival. So the arrangement was a bit different from what one might see in the pictures. Still excellent service, super clean bathrooms, and great atmosphere.
