Ganzheitliches funktionelles Training mit Neuro-Einflüssen, aktuelles state of the art Training, das aber trotzdem entspannt und spielerisch vermittelt wird. Ist für jeden was dabei (Kraft, Ausdauer, Gymnastics etc.).
Aber vor allem supercoole nette Leute und Coaches, die mich dazu motivieren, immer wiederzukommen. :)
