The staff is really friendly, smiling and forthcoming however lacks proper training when it comes to car seats. I knew more from just reading some reviews online half an hour before visiting but wanted to know the comparisons between 2 brands... We left the store without buying and will do some research online (which the staff should do to get some knowledge at least!)

We bought a stroller and want some accessories. The accessories were not available and had to be ordered. Unfortunately, there are still delivery costs. If you have already bought a stroller, the delivery for the accessories should be free of charge. What I still don't like: you can order the accessories directly from the manufacturer and the delivery is free!!! but via BabyOne you have to pay for the delivery. Somehow the customer service is not 100% correct here.

Das Geschäft bietet eine große Auswahl an. Was nicht vorhanden ist, kann man in der Regel nachbestellen.
Außerdem gibt es einen Baby-Raum, also für stillen und das Baby zu wickeln. Dieser Raum finde ich super! Siehe Bilder.
Warum 4 Sterne?
Wir haben einen Kinderwagen gekauft und wollen noch Zubehör. Das Zubehör war nicht vorhanden und müsste bestellt werden. Leider gibt es noch Lieferkosten dazu. Wenn man schon einen Kinderwagen gekauft hat, sollte die Lieferung für das Zubehör kostenfrei sein. Was ich noch nicht schön finde: das Zubehör kann man direkt beim Hersteller bestellen und die Lieferung ist kostenlos!!! aber über BabyOne man muss die Lieferung bezahlen. Hier ist irgendwie den Kundenservice nicht 100% in Ordnung.

Leider war die Beratung (Kinderwagen) sehr schlecht. Wir waren 2x dort und haben mit verschiedenen Verkäuferinnen gesprochen aber keine konnte unsere Fragen beantworten und 2 von 3 wussten nicht mal wie man den Kinderwagen zusammenklappt. Für ein Fachgeschäft sehr enttäuschend, zum Glück haben wir noch deutlich bessere Babyfachmärkte im Kölner Raum gefunden.

Wir waren nun zweimal im BabyOne in Köln Godorf und fanden es beide Male super. Es waren immer mehr als genug Parkplätze und Mitarbeiter/innen da, alle waren freundlich, meine Tochter (bald 2) hat rumgetobt, alle haben positiv auf sie reagiert. Beide Male wurden wir von dem selben Mitarbeiter beraten (Reisebett und Lernturm) und haben eine gute, einfache Beratung bekommen, der Artikel wurde für uns in einen Einkaufswagen gepackt, so konnten wir ihn super transportieren. Es gibt eine Ecke um sich zu setzen und auch Toiletten, die Auswahl ist groß und ich finde man kann sich hier gut eine Stunde aufhalten, sich alles in Ruhe anschauen (waren immer Kunden da, aber nie zu viele) und eine gute Zeit haben. Angenehme Atmosphäre zum einkaufen, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ich habe mehrmals gelesen dass Kunden schrieben sie wurden ignoriert. Da sage ich nur: Wenn man etwas möchte darf man die Verkäufer/innen auch gerne einfach ansprechen (arbeite selbst im Verkauf), dann bekommt man auch, in der Regel, Unterstützung und Beratung ????
