We liked the service very much, as we had the immediate feeling that the dealer only wants to sell if you are 100% satisfied. I was offered an extended test drive after a visual inspection and I was convinced. The negotiation was successful and straightforward.

Slept one night and drew up the sales contract the next day. All agreements were kept and those that still had to be discussed and were therefore not stipulated in the contract were nevertheless fulfilled.

Finally buying a car without a stomach ache. Gladly again.

Im August 2020 kauften wir beim Auto Center Köln unseren neuen Gebrauchten. Wir waren an dem Tag schon etwas länger unterwegs und hatten somit den direkten Vergleich zu anderen Autohäusern und Händlern.

Der Service gefiel uns sehr gut, da wir direkt das Gefühl hatten, dass der Händler nur verkaufen möchte, wenn man zu 100% zufrieden ist. Ausgedehnte Probefahrt nach einer optischen Begutachtung angeboten bekommen und überzeugt gewesen. Die Verhandlung war erfolgreich und unkompliziert.

Eine Nacht über alles geschlafen und am nächsten Tag den Kaufvertrag aufgesetzt. Alle Vereinbarung wurden eingehalten und jene, welche noch erörtert werden mussten und deshalb nicht vertraglich festgehalten waren, wurden dennoch erfüllt.

Endlich mal ein Autokauf ohne Bauchschmerzen. Gerne wieder.

Nochmal ein Dank von uns an die zwei Herrschaften, welche noch den Menschen hinter dem Vertrag sehen.
