Ich kam am 17.07 um 11:30 uhr mit einem sehr stark entzündeten Auge in der Klinik an. Der Arzt nahm nach sehr langer Wartezeit eine Dame an die kurz vor mir ankam und in einem deutlich besseren Zustand war.Er behandelte sie für über 1,5 Stunden behandelt und uns wurde nach häufigen Nachfragen keine Auskunft gegeben. Nach über 4 Stunden warten in der Ambulanz und keiner weiteren Information vom Arzt oder Krankenschwestern entschied ich mich dafür zur Apotheke zu gehen und mir eigenständig Medikamente zu besorgen. Als ich an der Anmeldung Bescheid gab dass es mir zu lange dauert wurde ich desinteressiert ignoriert.

Es war ein sehr unangenehmer Aufenthalt der mich nur Zeit kostete.

Die Notfallambulanz der Augenklinik in Köln Merheim hat meiner Mutter das Augenlicht gerettet!
Ohne dem Ärzte-Team, alles hervorragende Diagnostiker, wäre eine akute Erkrankung vermutlich zu spät erkannt und der Sehnerv bleibend beschädigt worden!
Wir sind dem Team der Augenambulanz sehr dankbar, für die gute Diagnostik, die Behandlung und auch die monatelange Nachbehandlung in der Sehschule.
Geduld muss man inzwischen als Kassenpatient überall mitbringen, das ist auch in Merheim nicht anders. Aber das gesamte Team war und ist sehr bemüht, das Beste daraus zu machen.
