Not a great experience. The staff could friendly and helpful if it suited them. However I wouldn’t recommend the hotel as to say it’s an inconvenience and stress to stay there. The room was clean and modern but there wasn’t enough space to open a suitcase in the room. The bathroom was open in the middle of room so you have to close the curtain so no one outside can see you washing or using the toilet. Despite stating I needed to be out on Saturday at 7:30am they don’t allow check out until 8am meaning I had a stressful journey getting to the airport. Never stayed in a hotel that keeps you prisoner in their hotel until now. Parking was €12 which was a rip off to day the least. After navigating very small narrow roads to the hotel the parking situation was a joke. The worst part though is getting ripped off. I was there on business so there shouldn’t have been a tourist tax but this was still added to the bill. On Hotels.com the breakfast was included. I was charged €7.50 for 3 breakfasts despite having only 2 and €3.50 for coffee each day despite not being a coffee drinker.
I won’t ever recommend this place as they’re liars, cheats and thieves. Avoid.

Modern, in excellent location. Very friendly staff, good breakfast. Parking is a challenge . I recommend you take one of their parking spaces in their garage. Its tricky to get out however a staff member would drive the car out for you.
If you enjoy a nice walk or run around the Rhine River- you are right at the banks, and you will reach a nature preserve after 20 mins jogging.

Nice hotel in a good location. No Aircon in rooms makes it a 4. It was hot when I was there.

Beautiful room, great breakfast, 10 min walk to station and supermarket, but the best of all was friendly and helpful staffs. Thank you for making it great stay! Fyi. There's no air conditioning in the room but i was okay staying here for a week in late Aug.

Really lovely hotel. Friendly staff comfortable and clean rooms lovely decor. Breakfast is excellent. It's located in a really nice area of the town with great eateries all round.

Have been staying there since 6 years now. A very quaint but nicely located hotel in Cologne. What they lack in amenities they make up in service and smiles.

Very nice staff. My room was very clean. Breakfast was ok...unfortunately you have to pay extra for cappuccino. In my opinion this should be included in the price
