I can say me and my family enjoyed every minute of this place. Overall clean, food and drink are Great! The staff very friendly and helpful. So many choices of where to swim. I can say it is truly a wonderful place. The only fix I would recommend is staff at slide rides for the first ride with the single and double yellow tube ride. There was many people not sharing the tubes. With a staff member there many of the costumers would be able to enjoy themselves. Other than that it is truly a wonderful place!

No lifeguards on the top and bottom of slides. My sister was injured on the first slide that she tried. After we even didn’t take a risk to ride other slides cause we observed a real uncontrolled chaos there.

We visited water parks in the USA before and I never expected to meet such disregard of safety rules in German one.

It is really dangerous. People ride slides one by one, nobody controls the process, people get stuck inside the slides and hurt each other. After they swim in common pools with bleeding wounds. Band aids provided in first aid are not water resistant. A lot of people in the pools jumping and diving on children’s heads, lifeguards don’t care. They stand back to the pool chatting with other staff instead of watching their water.

But still waterpark has enough staff who watches thoroughly guests don’t use their phones that is senseless in digital 21st century. But this is a policy of water park and we must accept it, it’s okay.

But lack of lifeguards and their incompetence is unacceptable!

After reading mixed reviews, we arrived with slight trepidation. We were pleasantly surprised by what we found and spent a great 6+ hours today at Aqualand, a rainy 21 degree Thursday after a mini heatwave. The rides are all great fun. The pool has multiple areas and the water is a good temperature. Compared to queues we have experienced at other water parks, the queues were short. (They would have been even shorter if people learned how to queue like the British and wait their turn). There was not a great deal of lifeguards about (we are used to attendants at the top and bottom of all slides at home, as well as around the pool but here there was only one at the drop slide and an occasional wandering guard around the pools) which wasn’t a huge deal, but I wouldn’t have been comfortable to leave my children in the water without me as there was a lot of boisterous play (not complaining, we were having our own boisterous fun too). The river rapids were a bit rubbish and there is no waves. My husband got stuck on a few rides due to the friction from his rash vest and we all got stuck on the typhoon ride! The food was reasonably priced, the drinks a touch expensive. The changing areas were clean. There is some visible rust on struts of rides and flaky paintwork, but nothing I haven’t seen at other parks. We would have no hesitation to revisit.

It has some decent slides but the swimming side of it is not good. My rating might have been higher if I had used the slides.

The main issue I had with the place is the couples. I am not a big hater of PDA but everywhere you turn there are couples getting it on. It actually felt quite seedy at times and some couples do more than snog. Even worse is that those couples tend to be shameless to the point of having extended makeout sessions next to very young children.

There is no deep end and not enough space to actually swim.

It's just a very small space but honestly in this area it's one of the only choices you have and if you want to visit a waterpark it may be better than nothing.

it could be a good place, but i have to say you better limit the number of tickets or make the price lower. i spent more than 60 euro, 2 adults and 1 7-year-old kid, but it was just full of people on monday in the afternoon, can't imagine what will happen in the weekend.
swimming pools are not big enough for those amount of people, also it was very hard to find a chair inside and outside. for the slides you heve to wait such a long time so i gave up. water was quite dirty especially outside. did not try the food but just normal things, drinks were ok.
i can understand everyone wants to come here now in summer, so as i said, either limit the number of tickets or lower the price. it's like taxi or bus, when it's full of people and you can't even find a seat, the price should be better.
some is saying that everything is old, for me that's not a big problem. if everyone can have some more space and keep the water clean, that price is ok then.
