My wife booked a room (booking.com), it was all confirmed (even at the date for check-in it was asked which arrival time and confirmed).
At the Hotel....closed, whcih was told when calling someone. It should have been cancelled, but wasn't. At least the lady on the phone was nice and helpful, that's why it is two stars.

Great overall, loved the remote check in, there was a lot of road noise and the corridor very echoey when people were talking but still managed a good sleep. Well equipped room and an easy 35 minute walk to the airport ( 4am walk was pleasant enough for anyone struggling with the lack of public transport at that time of the morning )

Despite titled as an airport Hotel, it is far off from the airport, a €20 taxi ride.... If the driver can find it. Offered breakfast 'token' which means we had to walk to a bakery to use the token but only for a takeaway coffee and croissant. We travelled with a baby and stroller however they put us two floors up and no elevator. Shower was not fully cleaned and shower head came off the wall in the morning when showering, falling onto my head, part of it was only put together with sticking tape. Generous two stars given because of the friendliness of the guy at reception.

It is bad hotel, it close very early at night. And the hotel is just by the major road. They did not have gate at major road. It is at behind road. You just can not find the gate. Especially when it is night. The back street have not light and very dark. Very frightening. And the reception is very rude. If you have choice, do not choose this hotel.

Easy to find (with a brain),
Very good service for the price, room is perfect. The place is silent in general and we can access the room h24. The tv have wireless display and this is good as well.

Very unfriendly people. We booked a baby-bed. They didn't have one available, so we booked a different hotel. And they didn't refund is the room. Or even a part.

Nice hotel, the rooms are new and super clean. Perfect for a short stay. 4km to the airport.
